About the Rottweiler
The Rottweiler is one of the oldest and most powerful herding and guarding breeds in existence. Despite their imposing appearance, well-raised Rottweilers are calm, confident, and deeply loving with their families. Our Rottweilers are socialized from puppyhood to ensure they are stable, balanced dogs suited for experienced owners.
History
Rottweilers are descendants of the ancient Roman drover dogs that herded livestock and guarded camps. In the German town of Rottweil, they were used to drive cattle to market and guard money pouches worn around their necks — earning them the nickname Rottweiler Metzgerhund (Rottweil butcher's dog).

Care & Maintenance
Rottweilers need firm, consistent training from day one — they respond best to confident, calm leadership. Daily exercise of 1–2 hours is essential. Early socialization with people and other animals is critical. Their short coat requires minimal grooming. They are known to 'lean' into their owners as a sign of affection.
