Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a dog from Roxy Boxer Kennel Club, browsing our website, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All sales are subject to availability. A dog is considered reserved only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed in writing (via WhatsApp or email). Verbal commitments do not constitute a binding reservation. Price displayed on the website is subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of deposit is the binding sale price.

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to reserve a dog. • The remaining balance is due before or on delivery. • We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer. • Full payment must be cleared before a dog is handed over or shipped.

• Deposits are non-refundable once paid, as we remove the dog from the market on your behalf. • If the buyer cancels after full payment but before delivery, a 20% restocking/handling fee applies and the remainder will be refunded within 7 business days. • If we are unable to fulfill the sale for reasons on our end, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days. • No refunds are issued after delivery unless covered under the Health Guarantee.

All dogs come with a 7-day health guarantee from the date of delivery. Full terms are outlined on our Health Guarantee page. The guarantee does not constitute a right to a full refund; resolution options include a vet visit covered by us or a replacement, at our discretion.

Risk of loss or injury to the dog passes to the buyer upon delivery. We take every precaution during transport, but are not liable for stress-related behavior that does not constitute an illness. The buyer is responsible for having a safe, prepared space ready upon arrival.

By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms that they: • Are 18 years of age or older. • Have a suitable living environment for the breed purchased. • Will continue the vaccination and deworming schedule provided. • Will register the dog with local authorities where required. • Will not use the dog for illegal purposes, dog fighting, or cruel treatment. Failure to meet these conditions releases us from any post-sale obligations.

We provide breed information as general guidance only. Individual dogs may vary in temperament. It is the buyer's responsibility to research whether a breed is suitable for their household, living situation, and experience level. We are not liable for behavioral issues arising after delivery.

Our total liability to you in connection with any sale shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific dog in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including property damage, personal injury, or veterinary costs outside the scope of our Health Guarantee.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
