Fully Vaccinated
Every dog leaves with age-appropriate vaccinations administered by a licensed vet and recorded in their health booklet.
Vet-Certified Before Sale
Each dog undergoes a full veterinary examination within 72 hours of sale. No dog leaves without a clean bill of health.
7-Day Health Guarantee
If a health issue is discovered within 7 days of delivery, contact us immediately. We will cover a second vet exam or arrange a replacement at our discretion.
Dewormed & Parasite-Free
All puppies are dewormed on schedule and treated for internal and external parasites before leaving our kennel.
What Is Covered
- Genetic conditions detectable at 8 weeks
- Congenital defects not visible at time of sale
- Serious illness diagnosed within 7 days by a licensed vet
- Parvovirus contracted within 48 hours of delivery (transit period)
What Is Not Covered
- Injuries caused after delivery
- Illnesses resulting from negligent care or improper feeding
- Conditions arising from exposure to other sick animals post-delivery
- Buyer's failure to continue vaccination schedule
How to Make a Claim
- 1Contact us within 7 days of receiving your dog via WhatsApp or email.
- 2Provide your order details and a description of the health concern.
- 3Take your dog to a licensed veterinarian and share the written diagnosis with us.
- 4We will review the report and respond within 24 hours with a resolution.
