How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Texas typically takes 1–2 days. Other states take 2–5 business days depending on distance and transport availability.
How much does delivery cost?

Can I track my dog during delivery?
Yes. Once your dog is in transit, we send you regular updates via WhatsApp including departure confirmation, en-route photos, and an estimated arrival time.
What if my dog arrives distressed?
Some mild anxiety during travel is normal. If you notice signs of illness or injury upon arrival, document it immediately and contact us. Our health guarantee covers transit-related issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you deliver internationally?

Can I pick up in person?
Yes. Local buyers in Houston, TX are welcome to pick up by appointment. We also offer live video calls before purchase so you can meet your dog.
